Dolar Gold Belts Aeration Hose, is designed to aid the discharge of bulk powders from storage silos, from road and rail tankers, bulkers and powder transport barges.
Hoses are lightweight, flexible, easy to store, transportable and quick to install. Their crystalline qualities prevent them from ageing, decomposing, weathering or caking.
The hose is a seamless tubular woven fabric made of 100% synthetic yarns and is coated with yellow polyurethane on one side to give additional abrasion resistance and preventing airflow on the coated side, thus ensuring that air only passes through the non-coated surface. Thus it helps fluidize the particulate material and help in material discharge.
* Please note that temperature can range from -30 degrees C to 80 degrees C consistently while intermittently going up to 150 degrees C. Once the temperature goes above 80 degrees C, the Polyurethane layer starts to degrade.
