Used for conveying grain and oil seeds, our dryer belts are known for their strength, abrasion resistance and life. Made of polyester in the warp, weft and binder these belts have a capacity of 150 TPH for bulk materials. The belt is having more strength and is much lighter than rubber belts hence putting/loading it on the drive is easier since less man-power is required.
The advantage of these belts are that they are non-maintenance items, which means they are maintenance free, elegant in design and rot free. The belt gives significantly less load on the drive and therefore total power consumption is much less. The material of construction are so well woven that ply separation does not occur. The material used in the belt also makes it corrosion free and non sticky, with a heat resistance of up to 180° C with a melting point of 250° C.
