Hair belts are used extensively in Oil Rigs, cotton gins and diamond mines. Our product stands out because the belts are solid woven using interwoven hair warps, cotton webs and special binders and coated in bitumen. The belting is then impregnated with a bitumen based compound with certain modifications. This acts as a fungus repellent while keeping it neutral and free from oil.
The tensile strength is about 2.943 N/sq. cm which is as per standards.The hard and solid woven structure of the belt has the anti-skid characteristic. It is available in 4″ width to 24″ width.
We also provide a special quality belt with characteristics that stand out. Solid woven belt with special corded edges to protect it from a fork action. It provides great performance and suitable for any normal drive up to a width of 30″.
The tensile strength is about 3.777 N/ sq. cm. and can be used in rice, oil, textile, sugar, spinning and ginning factories.This grade of fabric in untreated form has minimum 60% of hair by mass.
